Coincidiendo con su 25 aniversario, TEXAS publican su nuevo álbum de estudio, "The Conversation", el 20 de mayo. Una semana antes se publicará el primer single, también titulado "The Conversation".

El octavo álbum de TEXAS, "The Coversation", es el primero en ocho años y el último de una carrera jalonada con más de 30 millones de copias vendidas en todo el mundo, con una sucesión de discos multi-platino como "White On Blonde", The Hush" y "Greatest Hits".

Este esperado regreso redefine claramente a la banda y le aporta aires renovados con las composiciones de la cantante y guitarrista Sharleen Spiteri y el bajista Johnny McElhone, e incluye colaboraciones con Richard Hawley y Bernard Butler.

"The Conversation" es un disco que explota sus hallazgos con la alegría de una fuerza creativa contrastada, creando una colección de canciones lo suficientemente ricas en melodías y emoción como para ganarse un hueco entre lo mejor de los millonarios éxitos anteriores de la banda. El álbum se grabó en Glasgow, Londres y el estudio de Richard Hawley en Sheffield, donde se registraron siete canciones que forman la médula espinal de "The Conversation": un matrimonio perfecto entre los adornos de rock'n'roll de los años 50 de Hawley y el magnetismo atemporal de Texas para atrapar sólidas melodías.
